Withdrawls

  1. Application for the school leaving certificate should be made in writing a month earlier by the parents or guardian of the student. Every such application should be accompanied by a clearance certificate regarding payment of all school dues.
  2. School fees and other dues are charged upto the month of issue of the school leaving certificate.
  3. A pupil who has left the school will not noramlly be readmitted.
  4. The school authorities reserve the right ot compel the parents to withdraw their children on the following grounds:
    1. a) irregular attendance  b) Unsatisfactory academic Progress  c) Bad conduct  d) Immorality or grave in subordination to authorities.
  5. Fees once deposited shall not be refunded under any circumstances
  6. Is a student is to be withdrawn in the beginning to the following year, a written notice must reach the school office before March 31st of the current year, failing which one month fee by a day scholar shall have to be paid.
