Every 'Dream Project' worth its name can be envisioned and realized only if its architects have some clear-cut and well-defined aims and objectives to guide them. This is because its is these fundamental aims or objectives that fuel their imagination which in turn is  transformed into reality by the courage of their convictions.

In founding Scholar Fields, we are motivated by a powerful desire to acquaint our youth with their true selves and also to help  them discover their latent talents so that they can realize their full potential in life. Being in the field of education for long we know that the most opportune time to do this is when the child is at school. So taking cue from the insights provided by lates scientific research in the field of education and child psychology, we have set for ourselves the following aims and objectives:

• To introduce the child to the joys of learning through companionship and recreational activities in tune with the principle that whatever is learnt with pleasure is learnt full measure.
• To stimulate and satisfy the child's curiosity about his environment and channelize his energies to achieve excellence in every field.
• To train the child in the art of expressing himself clearly, coherently and fluently.
• To cultivate sweet and winsome manners and etiquettes.
• To inculcate good habits, social manners so that the child exudes genuine confidence, warmth and affection wherever he goes.
• To broaden the mental horizons of the child.
• To infuse the child with a high sense of discipline, esprit de corps, co-operation and tolerance.

In order to achieve these objective and facilitate the caterpillar-to-butterfly transformation of the child, we proved him an environment conducive to effortless and spontaneous learning and balanced growth of his overall personality.
